Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at NEELA. We are dedicated to getting your
handcrafted pottery to you safely and efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday,
excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation
email.
Since our products are handcrafted, this processing time allows us to
carefully inspect, pack, and prepare your order for its journey. You
will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items and your shipping
destination.
We currently ship within India. The estimated delivery time is
typically 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed
and shipped.
Please note that these are estimates. We are not responsible for
delivery delays caused by our shipping partners, local holidays, or
unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification
from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its
status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become
available.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete
physical address for delivery.
5. Damages During Shipment
We pack every item with extreme care, using protective packaging to
ensure it arrives safely. However, due to the fragile nature of
pottery, damage during transit can occasionally occur.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund
Policy for instructions. You must contact us at
neelabluepottery@gmail.com within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with
clear photographs of the damage, the box, and the packaging.
6. Risk of Loss
All purchases of physical items from us are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, this means
that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our
delivery to the shipping carrier. Once the package is in the carrier's
possession, we are no longer responsible for it.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate
shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to us
due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If
an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for
paying the reshipment fees.
